About the role

As an Office Manager, you will be the hub of the office, supporting both employees and management. You will be responsible for administration, recruitment, onboarding, and internal communication. You will also manage our social media and publish content regularly. Additionally, you will ensure the office is pleasant, make ongoing purchases, handle receipts, and plan internal events.

In other words, you are the one who is there when needed, where needed. You are a key role and the face of Trecom.

We are looking for someone who

• Is structured, organized, and takes great personal responsibility.
• Is unpretentious and enjoys a role where tasks vary.
• Is creative and likes to create content, ideas, and improvements.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good computer skills.

Previous experience in office management, administration, or HR is a plus but not a requirement. The right personality is the most important.

We offer

• Employment: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period, followed by a permanent position.
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 08-17.
• Salary model: Fixed salary.
• Workplace: A modern office in the heart of Gothenburg, close to everything.
